Guardian Life Insurance Limited wins BASIS National ICT Awards, 2019 securing the place of 1st Runner Up in Banking, Insurance & Finance Category held on October 12, 2019 at Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden. The company earned this recognition for EasyLife - an app based digital life insurance platform which is the first of its kind in Bangladesh. As it is the biggest congregation of ICT innovators, the unique platform (EasyLife) of Guardian Life got showcased and rewarded for being a breakthrough product & channel in the Insurtech arena. The app relieves potential customers from intermediaries and allow them to buy insurance policies online & hassle free within just 15 minutes. The app currently offers Term Life Insurance (First of its kind in Bangladesh) and Monthly Savings Plan. The app also incorporated Digital Life – The first Digital Loyalty Program that provides attractive discounts at major lifestyle brands and renowned hospitals across the country. EasyLife distinguished itself as a winning initiative from a staggering 1175 projects that were submitted in the program.
